Vendor Fee: Full, non-refundable payment to be paid with sign-up.
- Electric Hook-Up*: $100 (limited available spots)
- Non-Electric/BYO Generator: $50
- Non-Electric for Non-Profit Organization: $25
*Limited number of electric hook-ups available that will be designated on first come basis, with priority given to food vendors. Mandi will contact vendors submitting application for electric spots to confirm availability and refund issued if not accepted. Must bring extension cord to plug into outlets. Alternatively, you can bring your own generator for electric and pay less.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, tent, etc. – 14’ x 14’ area.
We ask that vendors be set up by 11 am day of event and please remain set up until 9 pm (or until end of event if possible). Vendors will all be on grass lot towards south end of Water Street with easy access for set-up/take-down and nearby parking for vendors.
Map of layout will be sent out closer to event date.
